Refund Policy

Almost everything here is free

The shows, the transcripts, the games, the lessons and the training tools cost nothing and always have. There is nothing to refund on any of that.

Paid downloads and packs

If you bought a digital product (a comedy pack, a PDF, an audio special, a bundle), you can ask for a full refund within 30 days. You do not have to explain why. Email hello@bombed.app with the email you used to buy and roughly when you bought it, and it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Digital goods cannot be “returned”, so we do not ask you to delete anything or prove anything. We take your word for it.

How long it takes

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the request. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days longer to show it. If a purchase was made through a third-party store (for example Gumroad or Amazon), their refund process applies and we will help you reach it.

Subscriptions

If a subscription exists on your account, you can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. The current period stays active until it ends. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Something went wrong

If a file will not download, an audio drop is broken, or you were charged twice, that is our problem to fix, not yours to absorb. Email hello@bombed.app and it gets sorted — refunded or replaced, whichever you prefer.

Chargebacks

Please email first. A refund is faster than a chargeback and there is no argument to have — if you want your money back, you get it back.
